Def had an older crowd feel. Everyone was very nice, got the order perfect. The sirloin was perfect. Asked for medium rare and it was so tender my wife could cut it with a fork. I ordered the Hawaiian salmon, didn't taste fishy, was firm, soft and moist all at once. The food came out within 10 minutes. The salad bar had a GREAT selection. It was a great anniversary experience and I'll definitely be going again!

My friend and I had a late lunch there. The service was excellent, per usual. I had a grilled salmon salad with balsamic vinaigrette. My friend loves a good Reuben sandwich and he always enjoys the Cutting Board's creation. He paired it with a salad from the salad bar. The food and service was great!

A friend told us we should stop by here for dinner so we did, and it was a great referral. The food was really great and the service was great as well. Our History
Our story starts on South Church Street. Back then we were called The Patrician. But thanks to you we quickly outgrew that space and moved to Alamance Road, where we took on the name The Cutting Board. There we operated for 30 years till 2004 when a tragic fire consumed our building and put us out of business. However we wouldn't let that stop us. We took the opportunity and moved again to a larger building and reopened on Ramada Road to serve you in 2007.
